“You can’t use an old map to explore a new world.”

–Albert Einstein

If there’s one thing that everyone at VFC is passionate about (besides building better brands for our client partners) it’s taking advantage of the underrated recreational opportunities in and around southeastern Pennsylvania.

One of our longtime partners, Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area, owns the mission of connecting residents, visitors and communities to the Schuylkill River and the Schuylkill River Trail (SRT) by serving as a catalyst for civic engagement and economic development in order to foster stewardship of the watershed and its heritage.

This new map is going to be a huge hit up and down the trail!

Tim FenchelDeputy Director of Schuylkill River Greenways
VFC supports SRG in this mission and most recently collaborated on an updated map of the entire Schuylkill River Trail. Although the actual cartography was submitted by a specialist, VFC conceptualized an improved layout that will be valued by trail users from Pottsville to Philadelphia. The new pocket-sized map unfolds to a beautiful 8.5″ x 38.75″ showcasing the full impressive length of the SRT and includes points of interest and information vital for trail travelers of any length.
“[We’re thankful for VFC’s] patience with us through the process,” said a grateful Tim Fenchel, Deputy Director of Schuylkill River Greenways. “This new map is going to be a huge hit up and down the trail!”
