TEDx Phoenixville
As a founding director of TEDx Phoenixville, VFC Creative Director, Todd Palmer helped to get this event off the ground and bring the first independent TEDx event in the Philadelphia area! For over four years, VFC collaborated on unique annual branded themes, social media promotion, web design, promotional collateral, event programs, apparel and day-of program content.
Sly Fox Brewery Events
Annual on-site big brewery events have become a definitive part of Sly Fox Brewing Company ’s DNA. The brewery has become almost as famous for their killer events– like the bike race around the brewery that VFC dreamed up– as they are for their lagers and ales. In fact, throughout the brewery’s history, VFC has been heavily involved in every aspect of these events, from concept, planning, strategy and branding to execution. From a legendary Bock Festival that includes 60+ racing goats and Oompah bands to the world’s largest Kan Jam Tournament and concert featuring big bands like the Wailers, VFC collaborates on the positive growth of multiple events that grow the brand.
Pottstown Bike Race
VFC helped revive a professional road cycling race from a DIY day to a professionally presented and organized event using custom illustrations, buttoned-up branding, event posters, collateral and a simple, easy to navigate website. The race is a criterium that uses a public road loop promoting the sport and the town of Pottstown, PA.
Chester County Pride Fest
VFC is proud to have been in on the ground floor of a collaboration with the local LGBT non-profit that has resulted in a powerhouse advocacy organization. VFC named and branded LGBT Equality Alliance and created a standard that has yielded colorful projects that launched and proactively support their mission of promoting inclusion and equality in our vibrant communities.

Great American Brewery Runs
Great American Brewery Runs partners with craft breweries, developing running races that celebrate the breweries’ craftsmanship and dedication to craft beer. VFC has provided event support from branding and apparel to custom giveaways, premiums and prizes for multiple events including the Schuylkill River Relay 50K and the Fox Trot 5K.
Pottstown InFocus Film Festival
Pottstown In Focus Short Film Festival is an event soliciting short film submissions from entrants across the country and around the world. VFC branded the event, helped to design the program and designed an effective web presence and social media support. VFC’s creative director was a founding member and served on the festival’s organizing committee.
Midnight Mountain Music Festival
This annual music festival held at a family-friendly campground boasts a variety of American Roots acts from rock to folk, country, bluegrass and everything in between. VFC branded the festival and provides print collateral, premiums and social media support annually for the well-attended, popular live music event.
Ride for the River
Ride for the River is designed to allow cyclists to explore the Schuylkill River Trail while supporting the Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area, which operates and maintains the Schuylkill River Trail in Berks and Schuylkill Counties and works to improve the entire trail. Since the event’s inception, VFC has provided event branding, apparel design and print collateral.
