VFC integrates strategy into exposition marketing

If you’re doing trade shows right, they are the ultimate marketing and sales tool for you and your brand. VFC collaborates with clients on the most effective way to present and/or attend shows that make a difference.

Lewis Group can Communicate Anywhere

The Lewis Group is a dynamic company with multiple divisions and many points of contact that can develop into new business. VFC devised a nimble and modular display system to compliment the company’s main booth so that practically any event becomes and opportunity to resonate with potential customers. Strategically, the pop-up displays can be targeted messages used to underscore talking points by experienced project managers.

PLANNED MESSAGING

J-Tech Trade Show Booth Aimed at Targets

Understanding how prospects move through trade shows, examine booths and are impacted by visuals is a key component to developing exposition messaging. After rebranding the familial company, J-Tech, and establishing divisional identities, VFC created an arresting booth for J-Tech’s Highway Safety division that included these graphics and other devices to attract potential customers. J-Tech’s booth is often accentuated by an actual truck and VFC created a system to support the mission.

Snack Maker Makes an Impression

When VFC initiates the planning of a booth, we meet with the client to understand their specific objectives and to define a scope for the project defined as much by budget as their goals. In this instance, Unique Pretzel Bakery wanted show attendees to feel relaxed and VFC recommend creating environments that mirrored the places where people would enjoy their products—a comfortable sitting space in front of a television and a bar-like hightop in a cozy corner. The relaxed booth segments doubled as meeting spaces for buyers, the television transforming into a presentation monitor, retail display of product becoming adequate storage. The ambitious modular booth could be used as single segments for small presentations and all together for big expos.
